There are two ideologies on chiropractic…one believes that the muscular system supports the skeletal (stretch & bend) and the other believes the opposite, skeletal supports the muscular. (snap & crack).
Having adjustments monthly since 1984, I can unequivocally state that the latter (muscular system supports the skeletal) works best. It combines stretching with adjustments. I seriously recommend you try the softer version…I have been pain free for years, despite several herniated discs.
Stretching and trying to stay limber works miracles.
HI JANE-- THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS SENT YOUR WAY! I THINK AND PRAY FOR YOU, BARRY AND TIM DAILY. GOOD LUCK WITH WORK TOMORROW. I'M SURE EVERYONE IS ANXIOUS TO SEE YOU. LOVE, MICHELLE Z.
Back to work! Have a great first day, Jane! Tim was funny at band camp! Work will be a saving grace for you. Enjoy and let us know about your new position. hugs, bj
