No pain relief

Had hoped to have some relief, but there is none. Perhaps it's too soon. Will be seeing chiropractor tomorrow p.m. to talk with him of the results.

    Hi sweety…

    There are two ideologies on chiropractic…one believes that the muscular system supports the skeletal (stretch & bend) and the other believes the opposite, skeletal supports the muscular. (snap & crack).

    Having adjustments monthly since 1984, I can unequivocally state that the latter (muscular system supports the skeletal) works best. It combines stretching with adjustments. I seriously recommend you try the softer version…I have been pain free for years, despite several herniated discs.

    Stretching and trying to stay limber works miracles.
