Tim's confirmation

Tim was confirmed this evening by Bishop Bradley. It was such a beautiful ceremony. His sponsor is a good friend of ours Tom. There were 81 boys and girls being confirmed. I was so proud of him. I only wish that he had the feeling as I did when I became Catholic as an adult 5 years ago. I was so pleased that Barry was able to see this ceremony, if only due to him recently undergoing chemo. Tim had a chance to kiss the Bishop's ring but chose not to! All the kids looked so nice dressed up. And as you can see, I was quick to download a couple of pictures for everyone to enjoy. It just seems like yesterday that he made his first communion.
