Today's sermon had a line that included just three words that touched me: Trust in God. Funny how it only takes three words.
Had a nice 2 hr. nap this afternoon in preparation for Super Bowl party I was invited to. Tim and his friends went to a sports center while the game was on with several other church youth groups. Got to play soccer, basketball and eat pizza. They also had TVs to keep track of the score.
Steelers did win the game. But both teams certainly didn't look like pros on the field. But in the end, they won. Geez, after all these months football season is over. It was a great evening of friendship and good food. Actually it was my first super bowl party. And a good one. I certainly do have good friends in this town.
