I went for X-Rays this morning. Pretty cool machine that did them. I lay down on the mold that was specially molded to my head/shoulder area and the machine went back and forth over me in an oval motion. Meanwhile technicians are making sure that my body remains in the exact position it should be. Each week I will have this done to make sure of accuracy. I've been told that next Monday will be my first radiation treatment. Every weekday at 3 p.m. I am scheduled for treatment. No ifs, ands or buts.
Actually I'm sort of looking forward to Monday because the sooner I get started, the sooner the seven weeks will be done with.
